Please note: If you were preapproved and are seeking to apply for an Early Replacement rebate, you will need to upload a copy of your
approval form provided to you by your Energy Specialist during your Mass Save site visit along with the required supporting documentation
for that measure. Failure to provide this form will result in your rebate being processed at the standard rebate level.
